As a Gymnasium Monitor at the YMCA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of participants in our facility. This position is essential for the safety and well-being of our members.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the oversight of evening activities in both gymnasiums
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff regarding situational updates.
- Implement behavior management strategies to support participant needs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the member experience.
