The Financial Manager is responsible for receiving all monies into the organization and making deposits, payroll , accounts receivable, and payable, financial reports, reconcile all bank statements, w-2's, and 1099's, annual audit and 990 prep for our auditors, reconcile end of month reports from our mortgage servicer with QuickBooks Mortgage receivables, monthly payroll taxes, quarterly 941's and SUTA , pay monthly sales taxes, generate reports for Executive Director, Store Manager and Construction Manager, renew annual charitable solicitation registration, renew contractors, license, assist in annual budget planning, quarterly unemployment tax report and workman's comp audit and other reports and projects as needed.
This is a part time position.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fiscal management and financial report writing
- Strong understanding of GAAP and non-profit accounting principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and financial software
- Excellent skills in financial analysis, risk management, and strategic planning
- Ability to interpret profit & loss statements and manage budgets effectively
- Associates Degree in business or finance
