These roles offer set weekly schedules, and you’ll be part of a supportive team helping individuals with developmental disabilities engage in daily routines, community activities, and live empowered, independent lives.
Open Positions – Paxton (Female-Only Program)
DSP | ID 32256 | 38 hrs/week
Sunday: 12 PM–10 PM
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 3 PM–10 PM
DSP | ID 32258 | 34 hrs/week
Sunday: 9 AM–10 PM
Monday: 8 AM–3 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday: 3 PM–10 PM
DSP | ID 32259 | 32 hrs/week
Tuesday: 8 AM–5 PM
Thursday: 2 PM–10 PM
Friday: 5 PM–8 AM (Overnight)
Open Positions – Leicester (Male-Only Program)
DSP | ID 31848 | 18 hrs/week | Male-Only
Sunday & Saturday: 9 AM–3 PM
Friday: 3 PM–9 PM
Mandatory Staff Meeting: 1st Tuesday each month, 9 AM–11 AM
DSP | ID 31849 | 25 hrs/week | Male-Only
Sunday & Saturday: 3 PM–11 PM
Friday: 2 PM–11 PM

Monday–Friday: 7 AM–3 PM

Valid driver’s license (required)
