This position is under the general direction of the Administrative Coordinator and supports the work of the Mid-Willamette Family YMCA, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Administrative Services Assistant will become part of a team that provides support for business management, human resources and technology functions. This position serves as a point person answering questions and ensuring all business procedures are followed while providing guidance and assistance to the CEO, contract accountant, and YMCA Team Members.

Minimum two years in an office environment.

Proficiency in: Microsoft word, excel, and power point.

Experience in Paycom, Human Resources, payroll processing, business technology ore related field is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to multitask with an acute attention to detail, Data Entry, Scanning & Filing.
- Hold current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications or complete at earliest opportunity.

20 hours per week (Monday - Friday), schedule is negotiable during normal business office hours (9:00am - 6:00pm)
