Join Our Team as a Communication Coordinator

Are you passionate about sustainability and interested in living and working on a permaculture farm in the mountains? Eco Caminhos is looking for a Communication Coordinator to help us share what we do and connect with people around the world.
You’ll be part of a small, hands-on international team and play a key role in creating content, responding to inquiries, updating our website and social media, and supporting communication volunteers. If you're creative, proactive, and excited about living in nature, this might be for you.

What You’ll Do
Content & Communication
- Take photos and videos of farm activities and turn them into engaging posts, blogs, and newsletters
- Keep our WordPress website up to date
- Manage social media and find ways to improve engagement
- Respond to emails from potential volunteers, tourists, and partners
- Use RD Station to manage contacts and track communication
- Apply SEO basics to improve online visibility
Support Communication Volunteers
- Guide 2–3 volunteers working on communication
- Help assign tasks and check their progress
- Assist with onboarding and integration into the team
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Solid writing and communication skills
- Physically able to move around the farm to film and photograph projects
- Interest in sustainability, permaculture, and intentional living
- Organized, responsible, and collaborative
- Social media management and WordPress
- Video editing, photography, or graphic design
- SEO knowledge
- Working with volunteers or international teams
What We Offer
- Salary: Based on experience. As a small farm with limited resources, compensation is modest at the start but can grow with the project.
- Workload: 40 hours/week
